• MCP server for AI assistants: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and others can read and log your workouts, meals and weight right from the chat.
• An “AI assistants” tab in Settings: the server URL, step-by-step guides for each client and a list of connected assistants you can disconnect. Sign-in goes through OAuth — no manual tokens.
