Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data FitPilot (the web app, the iOS, Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS apps, and the Telegram bot) collects, why, and how you can control it. The service is provided by Kholod Digital.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google — your name, email and profile photo from Google.
- Data you enter: workouts, sets and weights, meals, body weight, height, date of birth, goal, steps, income, expenses, funds and budgets.
- Data from Apple Health and Health Connect — only with your permission: steps, weight, heart rate and workouts. You can revoke access in your phone settings at any time.
- Telegram bot: your Telegram chat ID and username, if you connect the bot.
- Technical data: IP address, browser or device type and error logs — for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To run the service: store your entries, calculate statistics and sync data across your devices.
- To give personal advice through AI features — only when you use them.
- To send service emails: password resets and the weekly report (which you can turn off in settings).
- To protect accounts from abuse and to fix bugs.
We do not sell your data, show ads or use third‑party trackers.
Health data
Weight, heart rate, nutrition and workouts may count as health data. We process them only with your consent and only to run FitPilot. Data from Apple Health and Health Connect is never used for advertising or shared for marketing.
AI features
When you use AI analysis or chat, the entries needed to answer (for example, workouts or meals for a period) are sent to Google Gemini to process the request. Nothing is sent to the AI unless you ask. AI advice is not medical advice.
Who we share data with
- The hosting provider whose servers run FitPilot.
- Google — Google sign‑in, AI requests (Gemini) and email delivery.
- Telegram — if you connect the bot.
- The payment provider — when you subscribe. We never receive or store card details.
- Public authorities — only where the law explicitly requires it.
How long we keep data
For as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. The mobile apps also keep a copy on your device while the app is installed.
Your rights
- Get a copy of your data (export in settings on Pro, or by email request on any plan).
- Correct inaccurate data — most of it can be edited right in the app.
- Delete your account and all data — email kholod.digital@gmail.com from your account address.
- Withdraw consent for health data — turn off Apple Health or Health Connect access or delete the entries.
- Complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes and server access is restricted. API keys you create for third‑party services are read‑only.
Age
FitPilot is meant for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will tell you in the app or by email. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
