Terms of Use

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Use a real email and keep your password secret — you are responsible for activity in your account.
• One account per person.

Plans and the trial

• The Free plan is free with no time limit.
• After sign‑up you get 7 days of Pro+ and 30 AI credits. No card is needed; when the trial ends your account moves to Free automatically.
• Pro and Pro+ are paid monthly subscriptions. Prices depend on your region and are shown before you pay.
• AI credits are spent on AI requests. Monthly Pro+ credits renew with the subscription; unused credits cannot be exchanged for money.
• You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the rules of the app store or payment provider and consumer protection law.

Not medical advice

FitPilot helps you track and plan, but it is not a medical service. Advice from the app and the AI coach is for information only and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or coach. Talk to a professional before making major changes to your diet or training — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or injured.

Financial data

Budget tracking in FitPilot is a personal planning tool, not financial or tax advice.

Your content

All data you enter belongs to you. You give us the right to store and process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What is not allowed

• Hacking the service, bypassing plan limits or hammering it with automated requests outside the official API.
• Using someone else’s account or impersonating another person.
• Using FitPilot for anything illegal.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep FitPilot available at all times, but there may be interruptions for updates or technical reasons. The mobile apps work offline and sync once you are back online.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or harm to health resulting from decisions based on the app’s data or advice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access for a material breach of these terms, with notice where possible.

Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes in advance in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory rules of your country say otherwise. Send questions and claims to kholod.digital@gmail.com.
